Good Morning,

If you receive this email, we are missing your camper’s HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE.  This is a requirement for registration and we need to have that completed ASAP.  Below is an email that was sent out with directions to complete this questionnaire.  Also, please refer to the attached letter regarding this matter.

This health questionnaire needs to be completed by the parents no later than Friday, May 16 @ 5:00PM.

PREVIOUS EMAIL:  Now, let's move on to the next step of the registration process. To ensure that your camper has the best possible experience, it is essential to gather some important medical information. The first part of this process involves completing our convenient ONLINE HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE. Once you've finished that, we will email you the instructions for the final step, which involves uploading any necessary health-related documents.

As a visual person, I understand the importance of having visual aids. For that reason, I have attached an informative infographic that explains the entire final registration timeline process. I highly recommend taking a look at it, as it provides clear details regarding the submission of registration fees and other crucial information. It will certainly assist you in navigating through the final stages of the registration process.

In a nutshell, please complete the ONLINE HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE by April 1.  Feel free to reach out via reply to this email if you have any questions or concerns.

Thanks!
